Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs

We ship worldwide and we are, currently, offering all postage and packaging charges.

All items purchased from Brunoff shop, are posted next working day (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays) of cleared funds have been received.

  • They are fully insured.
  • We post all Items by FedEx International priority, Nacex or International registered mail (CTT), depending of the country.
  • All bands are dispatched by International Registered mail (CTT).
Shipping timescales

You will receive an email at the email address you have specified when your order has been dispatched, this email contains the tracking number and the link of the shipping company, and so, you will be able to track it right to your door.

Europe:

FedEx International Priority - (Delivered within 1 to 2 working days)
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City.
Nacex - (Delivered next working day)
Spain
(Note: Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla will be delivered by International registered mail)
CTT - International registered mail - (Delivered within 3 to 10 working days)*
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Leetonia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovenia, Slovakia.

Rest of the world

FedEx International Priority - (Delivered within 2 to 4 working days)
Canada, Mexico, Porto Rico, USA, Australia
CTT - International registered mail - (Delivered within 14 to 15 working days).*

Tax, Import duty and VAT

- All our items have VAT included accordingly with Portuguese law, and an invoice will be sent with your item. If you are VAT exempt and you want a refund of your VAT you should contact us by email.
- Depending on your country’s laws and if you are not an EU country, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Brunoff includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping; you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you.

Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.

Missed deliveries

For security reasons, all items need to be signed for, if you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, they will leave a card. This allows you to contact them to arrange a new delivery date and time or to collect the item.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (incorrect address, item not called for or any other reason), we will contact you by email immediately as soon as we receive the item.
You will be given the choice to cancel the order for a refund or if you wish us to resent it to you:

  • If you choose to cancel your order, Brunoff reserves the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
  • If you wish it to be re-delivered, Brunoff reserves the right to charge you any amount charged by the shipping company for the return and charge you a shipping amount, for more information, please, email us.

Deliveries Notifications

Brunoff is able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceed and cause a delay of one extra day. We regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and it unfortunate situation is due to a big volume of orders.

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation, but, is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, we will do our best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company to let them know and contact us immediately, so that we can take further action.

If your item is lost, it does not arrive, we need to wait to the shipping company to confirm it, and then Brunoff will send you the item once again free of charge.
