Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange policies
We design and manufacture Brunoff watches to bring quality and performance to your active life. We feel the same about customer service. If you feel, for any reason, the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we surely will make it happen.
  • All merchandise sold by us can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 14 days from receipt date.
  • All returns need a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Brunoff. Once a RA# is issued you will receive the instruction to return.
  • The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
  • All merchandise must be returned in new unworn condition, unmarked, with all links, security tags, warranty cards, manuals, gift box and all accessories in new condition to avoid refusal or returned merchandise or additional restocking fees.
  • Any sign of ware, removal of parts, will result in refusal of your return or in a restocking fee.
How to return or exchange merchandise
  • In order to return or exchange an item, you need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To request a RA# email us.
  • The RA# does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to final inspection. RA# are valid for 5 business days, this date cannot be extended.
  • Write the RA# clearly and legible outside of the package.
  • You must include a return address outside of the package.
  • All returns charges are the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for items which are lost, stolen or damaged during transit.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
Before an item leaves our warehouse, it goes through a complete quality control to insure that items are free of faults and are the right item, comparing with the invoice and order note. If, when you receive your item, there are noticeable discrepancies, faults or damages, you must let us know within 48 hours.
Refunds Policy
1.1 - In addition to your statutory rights, we offer you 14 days to change your mind on any purchase provided the following conditions are met:
  • The watch is returned in the perfect condition in which it was received.
  • The gift box, guarantee card, authentic tags and all instructions booklets are returned with the item.
  • The watch is returned with the return form and RA# (return authorization number)
1.2 - You are not eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances if the item as been worn, marked or shown any marks of usage. You cannot have any links removed from the watch.
1.3 - It is very unlikely to happen, but, if we have sent you the wrong watch, you are eligible for a refund on your return postage costs once we receive the watch and the receipt. We will post the correct item once we have received the wrong one and if it meets the condition stated on point 1.1.
1.4 - Once you received any item, the ownership is transferred to you and it is your responsibility from this point. If you need to return it, is your responsibility to send it a safe manner and is packaged correctly in order to avoid damage.
1.5 - Refunds are processed according to the original method of payment. We aim to process a refund within 3 working days after an item as been received and have been check thru for eligibility.
