• All prices include 20% VAT, and those prices are valid that are quoted at the time the order is placed.
• The Validity of our limited offers is specified next to the relevant item in the online shop.

We accept the following payment options:

• Bank transfer or deposit.
  Portuguese bank account, all bank charges must be paid by customer.

• The quantity, quality and description of the Goods will be those set out in your Order (if accepted by us).
• Either Brunoff or you are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the Goods appearing on our website.
• You should be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order submitted by you, and for giving us any necessary information relating to the Goods within a sufficient time to enable us to perform the contract in accordance with its terms.

• You will always be anonymous, unless you tell us who you are when requesting a few of our services.
• Brunoff do not sell or rent your information to a third party (other than with law enforcement agencies in the course of an investigation), we do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
• Our mailing lists, newsletter and catalog are run strictly on an opt-in basis. We will not subscribe you to then without your knowledge and you have the right to unsubscribe any time you want.

We ship worldwide and we are, currently, offering all postage and packaging charges.

• All items purchased from Brunoff shop, are posted next working day (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays) of cleared funds have been received.
• They are fully insured.
• We post all Items by FedEx International priority, Nacex or International registered mail (CTT), depending of the country.
• All bands are dispatched by International Registered mail (CTT).

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer you 14 days to change your mind on any purchase provided the following conditions are met:

• The watch is returned in the perfect condition in which it was received.
• The gift box, guarantee card, authentic tags and all instructions booklets are returned with the item.
• The watch is returned with the return form and RA# (return authorization number)
